September 27-28, 2004: San Francisco.   I will be chairing, speaking at and moderating a two-day electronic discovery program sponsored by Glasser LegalWorks and Kroll OnTrack entitled, "E-Discovery "A-to-Z" Workshop."  Location: Hotel Nikko.

September 30, 2004: Houston, Texas.  I'm give  a one-hour speech on computer forensics and e-discovery at the annual University of Texas System Legal Conference, at the McGovern Commons, 6th fl. of the Texas Medical Center.

October 7-9, 2004: Savannah, GA.   Presentations at the State Bar of Georgia's Solo & Small Firm Institute, And Technology Showcase.  I'll be talking about PowerPersuasion, focusing on the use of PowerPoint and other presentation tools and techniques in the courtroom and at ADR.  I'll also address Computer Forensics along with the brilliant John Simek, EnCE, of Sensei Enterprises.

October 25, 2004: Houston, TX.  Presentation concerning the problem of pornography in the law office, at South Texas College of Law

December 1, 2004: Chicago, IL That slave driver, Ross Kodner, mastermind of the the Midwest Law & Technology Conference & Expo (with credit/blame also to the wonderful committee he chairs) has me speaking six times on various topics.
